Contactless Check-In & Out
Now parents who need to sign at check-in & out can do it without touching a shared device.
Parents can quickly request a check-in or out from their mobile device using the Kindertales Parent app and sign their own screen. Staff can instantly see the check-in or out request, review the signature and proceed with the temperature check.
Check-In Pre-Screen Questionnaire
Present parents with a questionnaire they must complete before processing a Check-In request.
When enabled the Health Screen Questionnaire is presented to parents when requesting a check-in from the Kindertales for Parents app. This feature allows you to create a custom set of questions and instructions for parents when they do not pass the health screen.
Health Check with Temperature Tracking
We’ve added the ability for you to track temperature checks at check-in as well as periodically throughout the day.
Set a threshold for elevated temperatures that should not be allowed in the facility as well as customize the directions your staff see should there be the need to deny someone from entering.
Wireless Infrared Thermometer
Kindertales is the only childcare software provider to offer an integrated contactless thermometer in our app.
Pair the device with your phone or tablet and the temperature check will automatically be recorded in Kindertales.
